Covey Run makes a variety of wines ranging from a bright Johannisberg Riesling to a steely Fumé Blanc, from a buttery and balanced Chardonnay to a complex, multi-faceted Merlot. Covey Run's "Reserve" wines are made only from the best vineyard sites and from extraordinary vintages. The winery has recently closed its tasting room in Zillah.
