Historic Hinzerling Winery is the Yakima Valley's oldest family-owned and operated winery. Established in 1976 by the Wallace family, the winery specializes in small lots of hand-crafted, table and dessert wines from both red and white grapes. Located in the center of Prosser on the corner of Wine Country Road and Sheridan Avenue, the winery welcomes visitors into its working cellar for tastings where a family member is often on hand to pour samples and answer questions. Several food and wine events are conducted at the winery each year, contact the winery for information.
