Already well-known for many quality agricultural products, The Hogue Cellars came onto the NW wine scene in the early 1980s with several well-received varietal wines. With expanded production, the Hogues have recently placed a stronger emphasis on red wines - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet-Merlot. Grapes for the Hogue wines are but a small part of the production of Hogue Ranches - a 1,600 acre farm also producing apples, asparagus, concords, and hops. The Hogue Cellars' tasting room/gift shop features wine-related gifts and offerings of Hogue Farms fruits and vegetables preserved at their cannery. Open daily from 10 am to 5 pm.
