Kestrel was founded to create a line of elegant, distinctive wines. To achieve the remarkable bouquet and flavors in each wine, hand-selected growers produce grapes of extraordinary concentration and caliber from established, premium vineyards. It is this obsession to crafting the perfect glass of Cabernet, Merlot, or Chardonnay that makes Kestrel wines unique. Tasting room hours: Monday through Sat., 10 am to 5:00 pm, also Sunday and Monday on holiday and event weekends.
