Olympic Cellars, formerly Neuharth Winery, makes its home in a huge cedar barn on Highway 101 near Sequim. Built in the 1890s as a dairy barn, the building now houses barrels and tanks of wine. The dry and off-dry wines are made from varietals including Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Also offered are a line of proprietary wines, Dungeness White, Red and Rosé, and Honey Wine. Tasting room hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm daily.
