Pasek Cellars is a new winery specializing in aperitif and dessert style wines. Owners Gene and Kathy Pasek are dedicated to producing the finest wines possible from grapes and fruit of the great Skagit Valley. A tasting room is planned for the spring of 1997 at a new location which is still undecided. It won't be hard to find, just look for the only winery in Skagit County or call for information. Tasting room hours are planned from 11 am to 5 pm daily.
