Great wines begin in the vineyard and the two estate vineyards for Pepper Bridge Winery (Pepper Bridge Vineyard and Seven Hills Vineyard) are renown as two of the finest red grape vineyards in the northwest. Winemaker, Jean-Francois Pellet works with a gravity flow winery built over barrel caves for aging the limited production of ultra-premium reds which are produced from select blocks of the estate vineyards. The winery specializes in Cabernet Sauvignon and is open after the year 2000 harvest by appointment only. It maintains a mailing list for its customers.
