Website: http://www.raineyvalleywinery.com Rainey Valley Winery, Inc. founded in 1997 by John P Nagle and Cynthia Wallick is one of Washington's newest wineries, and has quickly become known for having great wines. The hosts invite their guests to taste Chardonnay, Semillon, Riesling, Dry Riesling and Gewurztraminer and freindly conversation as well. A spring release of Merlot is planned. The winery is located in the foothills of the majestic Cascade Mountain Range. A covered wood bridge leads to the winery grounds, which also has a large salmon and trout U-Fish pond. Picnic grounds will soon be completed so guests may picnic while visiting the winery, and also see some fo the wildlife native to the area including deer, elk, eagles, blue herons and osprey. Mt. St Helens and Mt. Rainier are also close by. Tasting room opened from noon to 5pm daily. Driving Instructions - Take I-5 to 12E (just south of Chehalis).
