AT Seven Hills Winery we use Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes to produce distinctive red wines. Deep in color and highly concentrated, they are structured to age. Using combination of French and American oaks, we keep the wines eighteen months or more in barrel, and filter sparingly prior to bottling. The wines contain sufficient tanin to merit cellaring, but are balanced with enough fruit to assure enjoyment while still young. The winery tasting room is open for special events and by appointment. |
