Soos Creek Wine Cellars is owned and operated by Dave and Cecile Larsen. The winery specializes in Cabernet Sauvignon using grapes selected from premium vineyards in the Columbia Valley of Eastern Washington. Different winemaking techniques are used for each vineyard to express the full potential of the grapes in the wine. One-hundred percent French oak is used and the wines are aged three years before release. Because of the small facility, production is very limited and there is no tasting room.
