A popular destination for Puyallup Valley residents and travelers over Chinook Pass, Baron Manfred Vierthaler's Bavarian chalet offers a chance to sample some wines, admire the view and perhaps enjoy a meal at Baroness Ingeborg von Vierthaler's Restaurant. The wine selection is unusual for a Washington winery including such wines as Cream Sherry and Port in addition to Cabernet Sauvignon, Gewürztraminer and late harvest Rieslings. The choice of entrees at the Restaurant includes a wide selection of traditional German dishes. The winery and restaurant are open daily, from 11 am to 10 pm. |
